To customize notifications inside Altegio you need to go to "Settings - System Settings - Notifications – Types of notifications":
The SMS channel is responsible for sending messages via our service (SMS also includes messages from WhatsApp and other communication channels).
If you need to disable the sending of notifications in general, you need to click on the "On" button to make the sending inactive. If you need to keep sending only as Push and Email, you need to open the individual notification settings by clicking on the pencil icon and disable sending for SMS only:
