By default, SMS messages are sent via the Message.Help provider—no additional configuration is required, and the channel is ready to use immediately after being enabled in your plan.
If you want to send SMS messages through your own account with one of the SMS providers—for example, to use existing plans, your balance, or custom terms—this is also possible.
To do this:
Support specialists will help you set up direct integration with the specified provider, after which SMS messages will be sent through your own account instead of the default account.
The SMS channel is available immediately after activation in your plan—no additional configuration required—via the Message.Help provider. And if it’s important for your business to use your own SMS account, you can set this up by contacting support and selecting one of the supported services: AlphaSMS, SMSC, or Fromni SMS.
