To start using our Altegio integration, you need to connect a branch to the project. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Integrations" section in the desired branch in Altegio.
2. Install our widget in the “Integrations” section in Altegio. You MUST install the widget named simply “Message Help,” not “Message Help CRM.”
3. You must be logged in to our system via your message.help account.
4. When connecting, select an existing project. You do not need to create a new project.
Once you’ve completed all these steps, your branch should be connected to your project.
Important note: Connecting additional branches is only available on the “PRO” plan. If you’d like to change your plan, please contact us via any method that’s convenient for you.
