Testing Instructions

To test Altegio notifications, you can use the test mode. You can enable or disable it in the "Settings" → "Altegio" → "Setting up online enrollment via bot" section.

When enabled, this option forwards all event notifications in Altegio to the number specified as the administrator’s number. You can specify this number in the "Settings" → "General" → "Communication channels and notifications channels" section.

Important note: Test mode will not work if the same number is used for both the administrator and the communication channel (WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram).

After you enable test mode, create a record in Altegio and specify any number in it. If you have the corresponding template enabled, a message should be sent to the administrator’s number after the record is created, informing you that a record has been created.

If you are unable to check the received message on the administrator’s number, you can review the message history in the “Review” → “Message History” section.
