This functionality is designed to simultaneously send information, advertising, or service messages to a customized customer base. This tool is used to reactivate a "dormant" database, announce promotions, congratulate on holidays, or automatically inform about important changes in the company's work.
At the moment, The bulk messaging module is available for sending via connected communication channels in the Cascade project.
We have prepared a set of recommendations that will help to make such mailings safe and reduce the risk of blocking.
If your mailing is intended for many clients, we recommend the following:
- Use only the numbers of clients who have visited your salon for the mailing. (If you send to a database of unknown numbers, there is a high probability that your number will receive many reports and be blocked).
- Use a phone number that has been registered in WhatsApp for a long time and has a long history of conversations. New numbers that have never been used for WhatsApp conversations are more likely to be blocked.
- Fill in several variations of the bulk message template. You can prepare from 1 to 3 templates in the mailing list so that a variety of messages can be sent to a database of numbers.
- Set from 100 to 300 messages to be sent per day.
- Set a larger interval to limit the sending time to increase the pauses between messages.
If your channel is Instagram: You can only send a mass newsletter to customers who have written to you within 7 days.
