Instructions: How to Connect a Telegram Bot Channel

Step 1. Add the channel to your plan

1. Go to the My Plan section.
2. Open your plan settings and select the Channels tab.
3. Click “Add Channel” and select Telegram Bot from the list of available channels.

Step 2. Authorize the channel

1. Go to Settings → Channels.
2. Find the Telegram Bot channel you added in the list and open it.
3. Proceed with channel authorization.

Step 3. Authorize the channel

1. Open the BotFather bot creation service in Telegram and click “Start”
2. Enter the command /newbot
   Next, in the window that opens, enter the bot’s name and specify the UserName (the bot’s name that will appear in chats)
3. You’ll receive a message containing the token for the bot you created. Copy this token and paste it into the corresponding field below.
4. Done—the channel is connected, and you can now use it to communicate with customers.
