Step-by-step integration guide:
- Open your amoCRM/Kommo and go to the "Integrations" section, then install our widget.
- A red message will appear prompting you to follow the link; click "Go."
- If you don’t have an account on our website yet, click “I’m a new user.” If you already have an account, click the “Login” button and create a project in your account.
- When creating a new account, you’ll need to provide a current phone number so we can contact you.
- Next, enter a password to log in to your account.
- Go to the "Channels" section, where you will find one WhatsApp channel. If you need additional channels, click "Add Channels" and add the ones you need.
- In the WhatsApp channel, scan the QR code that appears.
- If you already have an account, select the project to which you want to connect the widget.
- In amoCRM/Kommo, our widget will appear in the left panel; go to it and select “Connection Channels,” then set up the communication channels.
