"Notifications" Section



Here, in the “Card Transactions” subsection, you can set up notifications for various events related to your loyalty card. 

The following types of transactions are currently available:

  • Bonus Credits — a notification when bonuses are credited to the card.
  • Bonus Redemption — a notification when a customer redeems bonuses.
  • Bonus expiration — a notification when bonuses expire due to the end of their validity period.
  • Bonus Expiration Reminder — a preliminary notification that bonuses will soon expire.
  • New referral — a notification that a new participant has registered through the referral program.
  • Referral Bonus Credit — a notification that bonuses have been credited for participation in the referral program.
  • Card Issued — a notification after a bonus card has been issued.
  • Card Deleted — a notification when a bonus card is deleted.
  • Bonus credits upon card issuance — a notification about welcome bonuses credited immediately after the card is created.
  • Birthday Bonus Credit — a notification about bonuses credited on the customer’s birthday.
  • Card information — a message with up-to-date information about the customer’s bonus card.
  • Bonuses Received for a Friend — a notification about bonuses credited through the referral program. All credit options are supported:
    • for each purchase made by a referred customer;
    • one-time credit;
    • combined credit.
  • Card Pickup Instructions — a message containing the information the customer needs to pick up their bonus card.

For each type of transaction, you can configure a custom notification template that will be automatically sent when the corresponding event occurs.

Creating a Mass Email Campaign for Loyalty Cards

 


In the "Mailings" section, you can set up and launch a mass mailing to customers with loyalty cards using various conditions (for example, send to those with > X points on their loyalty card).
To create a new email campaign, go to the “Email Campaigns” section and click “Create Email Campaign.”

An interface will open that is almost identical to the bulk email interface. You can learn more about setting up bulk emails in the corresponding article in our Knowledge Base.

The main differences from standard mass mailings are the presence of the “Recipient’s Card” field, where you can select:

  • All cards — the mailing will be sent to all bonus cardholders.

  • Specific cards — the mailing will be sent only to owners of the selected card type.

Another difference is the “Mailing Segmentation” section at the bottom of the page, which allows you to set additional criteria for selecting recipients.

The following conditions are available:

  • Point balance — filter by the number of points on the card.

  • Total Purchases — filter by the customer’s total purchase amount.

  • Mini-site — select customers who registered through a specific mini-site. You can choose one of the mini-sites created in your project.

  • Average receipt amount — filter by the customer’s average receipt amount.

  • Date of last transaction — filter by the date of the last transaction on the bonus card.

  • Customer’s Date of Birth — Select customers by date of birth.

  • Registration date — filter by the date the customer registered in the loyalty program.

If necessary, you can combine several conditions at once to define the target audience for your mailing as precisely as possible.
