These message templates are designed to be sent a certain number of hours before the client's visit (at least 1 hour before the visit).
The hours to be sent are specified in a separate line of settings:
To send the reminder at a fixed time (e.g. every day at 12:00), you should enter the value "-1", tap on an empty space on the screen and enter the time for fixed sending in the second line that appears after entering "-1".

It is possible to customize the sending of reminders by a certain selection: for individual services, for appointments with individual masters, for individual categories of clients. To do this, you should select the necessary parameter on the template editing page (the screenshot shows an example of customizing the sending of reminders for all available services and all masters):
Our service allows you to customize additional conditions for the sending of a pre-visit reminder.
For example, you can customize the one-time sending of the record creation notification only for the first visits. To do this, you should select the condition "How many visits were LESS than the number of visits (specify the number in the field "Settings for additional conditions")" and set the value to 1:
