You can get to the messenger by clicking on the name of the contact, or to the card by clicking on "Contact", "Deal" or "Lead".
You can get to the messenger through deals, where the communication with the client is made, through our widget in Bitrix and through the messenger application in our system (

The following settings are available in the Messenger:

  • Employee connection template
  • Employee disconnect template
  • Time of the automatic disconnection of the employee from the dialog, after the last message
  • Employee name, for templates

It is possible to remove all dialogs from the need to check and mark all messages as read

You can also send messages to the customer first (this option is available only for WhatsApp channel and number Telegram) by clicking the button to create a new dialog and then enter the number:
