Setup steps:

Go to your Bitrix24 and through the Market install our "Message.help" application;

While the application is installing, DO NOT close the application until our Knowledge Base loads up.

Then you need to register on our website in ANOTHER tab: https://message.help/adm/;

After registration you need to create a project in our admin with Bitrix24 integration;

 

 

After that, you have to choose Bitrix integration:

Insert link to your bitrix

After these actions, the integration between our service and Bitrix24 is considered complete.
