This type of template is used to invite clients to a follow-up visit (or to send post-service recommendations) and is sent after the time you specify (at least 1 hour after the visit).
An example of setting the sending conditions for the post-visit message, which is sent 1 hour after the end of the visit only if the client has no future appointments:
If you do not set the additional condition shown in the screenshot, the message will be sent even if the client has other upcoming visits in your branch.
There is also a condition in this type of templates that allows sending only for those clients who have previously "failed" to come to you for a visit and you have assigned the corresponding status "No-show" to their records:
Also, at the very bottom of the template settings page there is a button to attach a media file (or several media files) to the notification template.
