If your project uses several different sending channels, you can customize the order of sending notifications through them. To do this, go to the "Settings - Sending Channels" section in the personal cabinet of our site:
By enabling the checkbox (ticking the checkbox) the sending channel becomes active, in addition to enabling/disabling the channel you can customize the order of sending.
In the example from the screenshot above, the following order is configured:
1. sending via Viber
2. sending via Telegram bot in case Viber is not available on the client's phone
3. sending via WhatsApp in case the client is not subscribed to Telegram-bot and does not have Viber on his phone.
4. Sending via Telegram Account and Waba are disabled.
You can change the order of sending by pressing the mouse cursor on the channel name and moving it to the place you need, for example, by setting the attempt to send via Viber as the last method:
