This type of template is sent if you have filled in the details of your customers' cards in Altegio and specified the dates of their birthdays.
This type of template does not use any additional conditions for sending, only time settings are available (specified in days, sending is fixed at 12:00 GMT+3):
Also, at the very bottom of the template settings page there is a button to attach a media file (or several media files) to the notification template
