Message.help and amoCRM (Kommo) Integration Guide

  1. Open your amoCRM/Kommo account and go to the "amoMarket" section. FOR KOMMO: Go to settings first, then find our integration in the search tab. Then, install our widget. 
  2. A message will appear prompting you to follow a link. Click "Go to".
  3. Select the project to which you want to connect the widget.
  4. In amoCRM/Kommo, our widget will appear on the left panel. Go to it and select "Channels," then proceed to set up the communication channels.
