Message.help and amoCRM (Kommo) Integration Guide

  1. Open your amoCRM/Kommo account and go to the "amoMarket" section. FOR KOMMO: Go to settings first, then find our integration in the search tab. Then, install our widget. 
  2. A message will appear prompting you to follow a link. Click "Go to".
  3. If you do not already have an account on our website, click on “I'm a new user”. If you have an account, click “Login” and create a project in your account. 
  4. When you create a new account, you need to provide an up-to-date number to contact you. 
  5. Next, set up a password to log in to your account. 
  6. Go to the “channels” section, which will contain one WhatsApp channel. If you need additional channels, click on “add channels” and add the necessary ones. 
  7. In the WhatsApp channel, you need to scan the QR code that appears.

  8. If you already have an account, select the project to which you want to connect the widget.

    In amoCRM/Kommo, our widget will appear on the left panel. Go to it and select "Channels," then proceed to set up the communication channels.
