Chat Tracker is a Bitrix24 feature that collects all information from the chat and employees/customers participating in the open channel, most of our clients disable this feature so that no unnecessary information is pulled into the transaction.
Disabling the chat tracker is done in the open channel settings.
To disable Chat Tracker
1. Go to the "Contact Center" section
2. Click on our widget
3. Go to the settings of the open channel of our application (which receives requests)
4. Disable the chat tracker
