To create a bulk messaging campaign, you need to go to the section with the corresponding name in the personal cabinet on our website:
To create a new bulk messaging, you need to click on the "Add" button:
After clicking on the button, the page of creating a mailing will open where you will have access to the following settings items:
1) Bulk messaging name - the name for the Bulk Messaging template within our system, it will be visible only to you, it will not be displayed to clients.
2) Date - date of template creation, it is set automatically.
3) Channel - selection of the channel for sending the bulk messaging. This option is used if you have several WhatsApp numbers connected to your project. If you have one number connected, the bulk messaging will be sent from it by default.
4) Message template (there may be up to 3 options) - the text of the bulk messaging. You can write 3 different variants of the text to make the mailing more diverse (the first client from the list is sent option 1, the second one – option 2, and the third client gets option 3.
5) File button - allows you to attach pictures or videos, as well as pdf-files to the bulk messaging.
6) Upload new list button - is responsible for uploading the file with the list of clients in Excel format.
7) Start date of sending - if you specify a future date in this list, then after pressing the send button, the messaging will start only on the specified date.
8) Send Time Limits - customize the time period during which bulk messages will be sent.
9) Number of messages per day - the number of messages that will be sent per day.
After creating the bulk messaging, you only need to click the "Send" button to start the sending:
Once the messaging is complete, you will be able to see the following message statuses, which make up the overall statistics:
"Total sent:" - These are the generated messages to clients, their total amount.
Then you can see the statuses on which this sum is divided. There are such statuses as
"Sent" - the message is in the queue to be sent if the bot is not authorized or the recipient's device is turned off.
"Delivered" - status when messages have reached the recipient, but not read.
"Read" - status of delivered and already read message.
