Open your plan settings and select the Channels tab.
Click “Add Channel” and select WhatsApp from the list of available channels.
Step 2. Proceed to channel authorization
Go to Settings → Channels.
Find the WhatsApp channel you added in the list and open it.
Proceed with channel authorization.
Step 3. Authorize the channel
Select a connection method—scan a QR code or use a one-time code.
Open the WhatsApp app on your smartphone, then go to Settings (or Profile) → Linked Devices → Link Device.
If you chose to scan a QR code, scan the QR code on the open tab in your message.help account.
If you chose the one-time code, select "Link by phone number" in the app. Then, in your message.help account, enter the phone number you want to connect and send the code. You’ll receive the code in the WhatsApp app—enter it in the open tab of your message.help account.
That’s it—the channel is connected, and you can now use it to communicate with customers.
