The contact merging function gives you the opportunity to get rid of many dialogues with one client in different messengers and turn them into one card with a dialogue, where correspondence with the client from different channels will be collected.
If the client uses different numbers to contact you, then they can also be combined into one dialogue card.

Merging contacts within the messenger
Contacts can be combined in the messenger; to do this, you need to tick 2 or more conversations with the client that you want to merge and click on the “Merge contacts” button.
Merging contacts in the “Customers and Products” section
To combine contacts in the “Customers and Products” section, you need to do the following:
1. Check the box for 2 or more dialogues with the client.
2. In the Bulk Actions item, select “Merge”
3. Select the contact that will be the main one in the conversation card
