The “Duplicate clients” setting allows you to work with merging dialogs from different communication channels if a match is found in the client number.

To set up work with duplicates or one-time merge dialogues with the same contact number, you need to go from any section of the messenger to the “Settings” - “Chat” section and find the “Client Duplicates” item.

 

 

This function has the following configuration options:

  1. Off - disable merging contacts by phone number

  2. Merge manually - as soon as a duplicate dialog with a client number appears in the messenger, a window will appear with the option to merge these dialogs.

  3. Merge automatically - dialogs will be merged automatically
