Clients and products

 

This section contains three subsections with different information. Let's take a closer look at these subsections:

Clients

In this section, you can view a list of clients in your database. Several bulk actions are available for managing contacts:

Export: Allows you to export the client database from our service into an Excel document.

Merge: Allows you to merge two or more contacts into a single record.

Delete: Deletes contacts.

Create Organization: Allows you to group people who work in the same organization.

Add to Organization: Adds clients to the organization they belong to.

Archive: Moves clients to the archive.

 

You can also upload a client database to your project in this section.

To upload a client database to our site, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Upload Database" button.

 

2. Choose the destination for the upload: to the client list or to the funnel.

 

 

3. Click the "Upload File" button and select the contact database file in xls/xlsx format from your computer.

4. Click the "Upload Database" button.

 

Services and Products

This section allows you to add, delete, and manage the quantity of the services or products you offer.

To add a service/product, follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Clients and Products" section.

2. Switch to the "Services and Products" tab in the upper-right corner.

3. Click the "Create Service/Product" button.

 

4. In the upper-right corner, select the relevant subsection "Services" or "Products" and click "Add".

 

5. Enter the name, quantity, and price, then click the "Save" button.

 

 

 

Organizations

In this section, you can store a list of organizations you work with, as well as add and track employees within those organizations.

To create an organization, follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Clients and Products" - "Organizations" section.

 

2. Click the "Create Organization" button.

3. Enter the organization name.

 

4. Select the organization's members.

5. Optionally, you can enter the TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number).

6. Click the "Save" button.
