To add a new funnel and work with it, you must: go to the “Sales Funnels” section - Expand the list of funnels - Click on the “Create Funnel” button
The funnel editing window provides tools for changing and customizing the working environment to suit your needs.
To change the funnel name, do the following:
1. Click on the edit icon
2. Enter a new name and click on the save button
Next comes the “General Settings” section, in which several settings are available to us:

Funnel color - allows you to select a color palette for funnel stages

Quickly enable/disable triggers Autotasks/Automessages - allows, if necessary, to disable/enable all triggers of this type in the funnel at once

Merging duplicate transactions - allows you to combine transactions with the same contacts into one. This function has 3 positions:

Off

Include and merge into a new deal

Include and merge into old deal

Altegio funnel - if you use integration with Altegio and sales funnels on the same project, then this function will allow you to track visits and record statuses right inside the sales funnels.
After enabling this function, several more settings become available to us, such as:

If you enable this setting, a deal in this funnel will be created only once, during the client’s first visit. If it is recorded again, then the current transaction will simply change its status.
Synchronizing a transaction with Altegio
It allows you to synchronize status changes in Altegio and funnel stage changes. That is, when transferring a transaction from the stage “Waiting for a client” to “Customer arrived,” the record in Altegio will automatically change its status to the appropriate one.
The workspace of such a funnel looks like this:

If more than one branch is associated with your project, then you will be able to select a branch within the funnel. This way you can separate transactions across different branches into different funnels.
