The sales funnel module is designed to track the stages of a deal with a client and to provide more structured reporting. You can manually assign names to the funnels and stages, or use standard stages (for example, when integrating with Altegio, clients might be categorized by different statuses such as "Awaiting Client," "Client Confirmed," or "Client Arrived"). Funnels also allow you to configure the sending of various auto-messages or the setting of auto-tasks for the messenger (chat) staff of your project.
Sales funnels can be accessed in the "Message.Help.CRM" section by clicking on the corresponding tab:
The structure is as follows: Funnels consist of various deal stages, and the stages include the actual deals with clients.
You can select a funnel to work with by clicking on the name of a standard funnel, after which a list of options will appear:
In the context of sales funnels, "deals" refer to direct dialogues with your clients in the messenger. You can manually add deals to stages (by clicking the "Create Deal" button), but they will also be automatically uploaded according to the statuses of clients in your Altegio client database (for example, dialogs with clients whose visits have not yet begun will appear in the "Pending" stage).
You can also create an additional funnel by clicking the "New Funnel" button after choosing your current one. The "Edit" button allows you to modify the settings of the currently selected funnel (considering the previous screenshot from the instructions, editing the "Record Altegio" funnel would have been opened):
Clicking the "Add Trigger" button will allow you to add an auto-message, auto-task or customize the assignment of a deal source:
You can find explanation of how triggers work in separate article: link
