To create a project after registering on message.help, you need to go to your personal account on our website and click the "New Project" button:
This will open the project creation window, where you will need to specify the desired project name (if you need to change it later, you can contact technical support, and our staff will rename your project), the name of your legal entity, and the template language (this setting applies to the bot's main menu commands as well as notification templates for entries in case of Altegio integration).
After this step, you will be prompted to select the communication channels for your project:
Once you have chosen the communication channels, you will need to select the type of integration for your project:
