Employee notifications

Our service provides notifications to clients sent from our service number if this feature is enabled in the project settings. To set up staff notifications, follow the steps below:

 

Log in to your personal account on our website and go to Settings - Employee Notifications.

 

To customize an employee's notifications, press “tune” button. If you want to add a new employee, press “add contact”.

Select the employee and click the "Tune" button on the appropriate page.

Select the sending channel and phone number:

 

On the employee settings page, select the sending channel (WhatsApp or Telegram) and the phone number to receive notifications.

You can enable the following types of notifications:

Re-authorization - notification about the necessity to authorize the project.

End of subscription - notification of the necessity to pay for the project.

Activation of trust payment - notification of trust payment activation.

End of trust payment - notification that the trust payment has expired.

 

You can also customize the sending of project performance reports in the Reports section, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
