To connect Telegram Account, you need to do the following:
1) Go to Telegram website: https://my.telegram.org/.
2) Authorize on the site - enter your phone number and press "Next", then a code for authorization will be sent to your number. Enter the code and press "Sign In".
3) Select API Development Tools
4) Fill in the highlighted settings of the new application: Application Title - Application Name Short Name - Short Name Description - Description
5) Click "Create application"
6) Go to your personal account in message.help, then go to the "Channels" section, select "Settings" of the Telegram Account channel. Enter the phone number for the bot, as well as App_id and Api_hash, which you can get from Telegram website in the "App configuration" section.
