The function of the "Reports" section is primarily designed to work in conjunction with the Altegio integration. To access it, you need to open the section with the Reports name in your personal cabinet:

In addition to reports on sent notifications, reports on new dialogs are available (all communication channels connected to the project are taken into account), a report on the amount spent on SMS (if you have an SMS module connected) and an Audit of the Altegio base by various parameters.
