What is a widget?
A widget is a visual interface element that helps you or your clients quickly access a specific standard action or simply decorate your website.
Why install widgets on your website?
The main purposes of widgets on a website are to improve usability and increase conversion rates.
They can also help attract new clients, reduce the workload of administrators, collect statistics, and boost sales.
However, for a widget to function effectively, it must be useful to the client, not annoying or unnecessary.
That’s why we’ve added a feature that allows you to create a personalized widget for your website!
We offer two different types of widgets:
1) Communication widget (“Chat Widget”)
This is a workspace that contains buttons linking to your main online resources and includes a chat with an employee.
Using this widget, visitors to your website can send a message directly through the chat.
These messages are delivered to our internal messenger, where you or your team can handle the request and consult with your client.
2) Classic widget (“Link Widget”)
This widget contains buttons linking to your main resources.
For example, you can add buttons for your Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, or an online booking link (Altegio).
This allows your website visitors to easily navigate to any of your online platforms when needed.
