Note:

To connect you need to have:
- Facebook personal page (https://facebook.com/)
- Meta Business account (https://business.facebook.com/)
- Phone number (The number you want to link to WABA. Note: if your number was registered in WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, you must first delete the account. Once WABA is connected, you will not be able to use this number as a regular WhatsApp number. Communication will only be possible through our internal Messenger on our website).
The steps we will break down are:
- Registration on the 1msg.io website;
- Registration with 360 Dialog provider;
- Binding 360 Dialog to your Facebook page;
- Confirmation of phone number binding to WABA.

First step. Registration on 1msg.io website
1) Go to https://1msg.io/ and click on the "Registration" button.
2) Enter data for registration:
3) In your personal cabinet go to the "Channels" section and click on the "Add Channel" button
4) Enter the name of your business and the number we want to connect to WABA. (If there is a need to delete your WhatsApp account and backup your chats, there are detailed instructions in this section)
5) Next, we link the card and pay for the subscription.
6) Click on the "Connect WhatsApp" button and move on to the next step.
Step 2: Registration in 360Dialog
1) We are automatically redirected to the 360dialog provider's website
2) Click on the "Sign up with Facebok" button.
3) Check 3 boxes on the required conditions (1. Have a Facebook account, 2. There is a free phone number for WABA connection, 3. There is an opportunity to verify the number by SMS) and confirm the connection.
4) Next, we need to familiarize ourselves with all permissions, click "Next" until we select or create a Meta business account and proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Linking 360 Dialog to Facebook page.
1) Select or create an account to which the WABA number will be linked.
2) Set a name that matches the name of your organization and specify a time zone
3) Set the name that will be displayed in WhatsApp
4) Set the category of your business.
5) Next, confirm your account number that we will use for the WABA channel
6) After confirming the number, the account will already be available with a limit of up to 250 conversations started by an outgoing template message. (in some cases the limit may be less, it is worth checking with 1msg.io support).
7) Open your project, then your new channel page, and you will see your API URL and API key that you will need to use to bind WABA inside our personal account
If the limit of 250 dialogs doesn't quite suit you, you can increase it. To increase the limit to 1,000 dialogs, you'll need to verify your company on Facebook.
