Altegio Integration Setup
To configure the integration, follow these steps:
1) An Altegio branch must be connected to the project
2) Open Altegio, and in the top-left corner click on the branch name. Scroll all the way down to find the network of this branch. Screenshot:
3) Open the network. In the opened interface, select Settings - Users - Invite Existing User in the left menu.
Enter the email support@message.help (it is MANDATORY to specify exactly this email)
Also grant access rights to the following sections: Loyalty (all permissions), Clients (all permissions), Client Accounts (all permissions)
4) After the user has been added, go to the Loyalty - Card Types section on the left. Here create a new card - choose any name, and make sure to specify in which branches the card will be active.

5) Now you can configure the card in message.help and link it with Altegio.
How the integration works
In practice, the client gets an account in Altegio where only the amount of bonus points is stored. Our system is responsible for the correct bonus accrual according to the card settings. This system is required for proper fiscalization (meaning that payments made with bonus points are correctly reflected in receipts).
Thus, bonus points are stored separately in Altegio and separately in our system, but their balance is always identical.
Important notes:
1) Altegio does not send updates about bonus account balance changes. This means that if bonus points are manually added or deducted directly in Altegio, our system will not detect these changes until we receive some client-related event. For example, appointment creation or update, or visit payment.
2) Due to point 1, during payment processing, if bonus points need to be deducted, they should always be applied first, and only then should the remaining amount be paid by cash/card. In other words, bonus points must always be charged first.
