Message.Help Mobile App: Communicate with Customers from Anywhere
Why You Need a Mobile App
The Message.Help mobile app lets you chat with customers on messaging apps not only from your computer but also from your phone—this is especially convenient for managers who are often out of the office, or for responding to customers promptly at any time of day.
Benefits of using the app
Communicate with customers in a familiar format. The app follows the same workflow as the web version of your personal account: all conversations, channels, and chat history are accessible directly from your phone via a user-friendly mobile interface.
Prompt responses. There’s no need to wait until you have access to a computer—you can reply to a customer immediately upon receiving a notification, which is especially critical for quick response times and customer retention.
Mobility for employees. Managers working remotely, on the go, or in meetings stay connected with customers and can continue handling inquiries without being tied to their desks.
Push notifications for new messages. Employees are immediately notified of new customer inquiries, even if they aren’t logged into their personal account on a computer at that moment.
Unified communication database. All messages sent through the app are synchronized with the system’s shared conversation history—regardless of the device used for communication.
How to install the app
Installation takes just a few seconds and doesn’t require downloading files from an app store—because the Message.Help mobile app uses PWA (Progressive Web App) technology.
- Log in to your Message.Help account from your mobile device.
- In the side menu (sidebar), find the “Install App” button.
- Tap it—the standard PWA installation process will begin, as you’re used to on your device and browser.
- Once the installation is complete, the app icon will appear on your phone’s home screen, just like a regular mobile app.
Done
Now you can open Message.Help directly from your phone’s home screen and chat with customers just as conveniently as you would on a computer—without having to open your browser and search for the right page every time.
