The AI Copywriter is a built-in assistant that helps you write and improve message texts without having to switch to third-party services. The feature is available directly within the Message.Help interface: both when creating message templates and during regular conversations with clients in the messenger.
Important: Each use of the AI Copywriter consumes requests from your request package. You can purchase a request package in the “My Plan” → “Plan Settings” → “Services” section.
When creating message templates. If you’re preparing a template for a newsletter, a welcome message, or a chatbot response, you can use the AI Copywriter button to generate text from scratch or edit a draft you’ve already written.
During a conversation with a customer. Right in the middle of a conversation in the “Conversations” section, a manager can click the AI Copywriter button to get help formulating a response to a customer—without getting distracted from their work or wasting time choosing the right words.
Write text from scratch. Simply provide a brief description of what the message should include (for example, “remind the client about payment” or “wish them a happy birthday and offer a discount”), and the assistant will generate the finished text.
Refine existing text. If a manager already has a draft message, the AI copywriter can improve it by making the wording more polite, concise, grammatically correct, or appropriate for the desired tone of the conversation.
Correct errors and typos. The message is automatically checked and corrected without the need to proofread the text manually.
Adapt the tone of the message. You can ask for the text to be made more formal or, conversely, more friendly and informal—depending on the situation and audience.
Saves managers time. There’s no need to spend a long time thinking about how to phrase each message—especially when it comes to template-based yet personalized responses.
Consistent, high-quality communication style. An AI copywriter helps maintain grammatically correct and polished correspondence regardless of which employee responds to the customer—this is especially important for companies with large support or sales teams.
Reduced workload when creating content. When preparing templates for newsletters, chatbots, or mass notifications, the AI copywriter handles the groundwork, leaving the manager only to perform a final review and make any necessary corrections.
Find the AI Copywriter button in the message template creation/editing window or directly in the customer chat window under the “Conversations” section. Click it, describe the task (or specify what needs to be revised in the text you’ve already written), and within a few seconds, you’ll receive a ready-to-use message that you can use as is or edit manually.
