Sending Messages from Salesbot

Salesbot is a bot that can be programmed to perform specific actions. It can be used to automatically respond to customers in chat rooms.

In addition to chat rooms, Salesbot works directly with the deal card. This means that even if a deal doesn’t have a contact associated with it, Salesbot can still work with it.

For example, you can set up a bot scenario that adds a note to any deal when it is moved to a specific status.

To activate Salesbot, go to the desired funnel and click the “Configure” button.

Next, at the stage you need, click the “Add Trigger” button in the cell and select Salesbot.

*For Salesbot to send messages through our channel, you must have the “Message Help” widget enabled in amoCRM.

A settings window will open, where you can select the parameters you need.

After selecting the settings, click the “Create New Bot” button, and the bot’s visual editor will open.

The following actions are available for configuration:

  1. Send a message;
  2. Interrupt;
  3. Perform an action;
  4. Condition;
  5. Validator;
  6. Go to the next step;
  7. Custom handler (code);
  8. Stop the bot;
  9. Initiate a conversation.

Most often, our clients use Salesbot to create automated messages for customers.

In this window, under “Initiate a conversation, you need to select our “Message Help” channel so that the message is sent to customers via our WhatsApp widget. Then, enter the message text in the window that appears.

Other useful features include “Interrupt” and “Timer.”

If you need the bot’s next step to be executed not immediately but after a certain amount of time, you can use the “Interruptor” and “Timer.” In the timer, you can specify the time in seconds, minutes, and hours after which the bot will perform the next action.

Note:

This functionality is specific to amoCRM, and we at Salesbot have no control over it.

Salesbot settings are configured individually on your end to suit your specific needs; if you have any questions about configuration, please contact the developer’s technical support.
