Role-based access ensures that only authorized personnel can view customer data. Phone numbers and messages can be hidden from team members who don't need access.
Sensitive information like phone numbers is masked by default. Full access is granted only to roles that require it, with every access logged and auditable.
All team members undergo security awareness training, sign NDAs, and follow strict data handling procedures. Access is reviewed quarterly.
Message.Help runs on AWS infrastructure in EU-certified data centers with continuous monitoring, automated backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
We maintain a data breach response plan with notification to affected parties and regulatory authorities within 72 hours, as required by GDPR.
