Using WABA Coexistence provides a wide range of features, including:

- The “Mass Messages” section allows you to launch a campaign using an approved template.

How does the integration work?
Some messages sent via WABA Coexistence are charged, while others are free. Here’s an explanation:
- Any incoming messages from customers are free.
- Your replies to customer messages within 24 hours are free.
- If a customer was directed to WhatsApp via an ad click (through Facebook Ads), your reply within 72 hours is free.
- Any messages sent from a phone are free.

. Is it possible to make the company name and profile picture visible to customers?
Yes, this feature is available.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Go to Meta Business Suite: Go to Business Manager and open your WhatsApp Business (WABA) account.
- Go to number settings: Select the desired account, go to the “Phone Numbers” section, and click the pencil icon next to your number.
- Specify the company name: Enter the desired display name.
- Submit for review: After saving, Meta will automatically submit your request for approval.
Can you get a checkmark next to your name?
Yes! But this is more complicated than just setting a display name and profile picture.
When applying for the checkmark, there’s an important factor: “brand recognition.” To confirm your brand’s recognition, you’ll need to provide examples of your company being mentioned in the media
- Open an account in Facebook Business Manager
