In order to use messaging apps on our service, you must authorize them.
To authorize a channel, go to "Settings" → "Channels."
In the example above, you can see that the WhatsApp channel is not authorized. As long as the channel remains in this state, messages will not be received by our service, and you will not be able to send messages to customers from it. To authorize it, click the gear icon next to it in the "Actions" column.
Note: Depending on your phone’s screen resolution, you may need to swipe the page to the side to see the button.
Once you tap this button, the channel settings will open. All that’s left is to follow the instructions on the page to authorize the channel.
IMPORTANT: Before authorizing the “gray” WhatsApp, you MUST clear the message queue by tapping the button at the very bottom of the page. If you don’t do this, the message queue will start sending messages during authorization, which could result in your account being blocked. If the queue is empty, you can authorize the channel.
The instructions described above apply to authorizing "gray" WhatsApp, but the steps are the same for other channels as well.
