Instructions: How to Connect the SuperWhatsapp Channel

Step 1. Add the channel to your plan

1. Go to the My Plan section.
2. Open your plan settings and select the Channels tab.
3. Click “Add Channel” and select SuperWhatsApp from the list of available channels.

Step 2. Proceed to channel authorization

1. Go to Settings → Channels.
2. Find the SuperWhatsApp channel you added in the list and open it.
3. Proceed with channel authorization.

Step 3. Authorize the channel

1. In the channel that opens, a 2-step authorization process is available:
   
2. In authorization step 1, you need to connect your WhatsApp Business number using the "Coexistence" method (official connection via Meta). Detailed instructions for connecting are described in this article.
3. In authorization step 2, you need to connect the same WhatsApp Business number by scanning the QR code as usual. Detailed instructions for connecting are described in this article.
4. Done—the channel is connected, and you can now use it to communicate with customers.

Important!

Both authorization steps must be completed for the channel to work properly.
