“Loyalty Clients” Section
This section displays all clients who have received a loyalty card. Here you can both manage existing clients and issue cards to new ones.
Card Issuing
A card can be issued manually. To do this, in the Loyalty Clients section click the Issue Cards button in the top-right menu.
A card issuance window will open:
Here you can either issue cards to clients who have written through one of the project’s connected channels, or upload a file with client phone numbers — the card will be sent to them via WhatsApp.
Viewing Transactions
You can view the list of all transactions related to the project’s bonus cards.
Working with the Client Account
You can open a specific client’s profile and perform purchase/bonus accrual transactions. You can also view the client’s messages and the list of their referrals.
