Loyalty Card Settings

“Cards” Section

Here you can view the list of cards and create a new loyalty card.

IMPORTANT!
This is where the “parent card” is created, meaning the bonus accrual rules and related settings are configured here. The actual card assigned to a client (with a specific transaction list, bonus balance, etc.) can be viewed in the client profile. The screenshot below shows the card creation window.

There are several configuration blocks here:

General Information

Card Name — the regular name of the card. It will also be displayed to the client.

Bonus filling rules — currently there is one standard rule: the client has a fixed percentage that depends on the amount of their previous purchases. Additional levels can be added by specifying higher client spending amounts.

Integration with Altegio

Here you can configure the connection with loyalty features in Altegio. To do this, you must first complete several simple steps, which are described in detail in the article Integration of Cards from Altegio.

If the preliminary steps have been completed, a card previously created in Altegio will appear in the drop-down list.

Bonus Expiration

Bonus expiration start date — there is a tooltip with a detailed description. Either each bonus accrual expires separately, or all bonuses expire entirely at once.

Bonus validity period (days) — the number of days before bonuses expire from the moment of the transaction.

Welcome bonus validity period (days) — you can specify a separate expiration period for welcome bonuses.

Birthday bonus validity period (days) — you can specify a separate expiration period for birthday bonuses.

Gift Bonuses

Welcome bonuses — how many bonus points the client receives when the card is installed.

Birthday gift bonuses — how many bonus points are credited on the client’s birthday.

Referral Bonuses

Welcome bonuses for a friend — how many bonuses a client receives when joining through a referral link.

Rules:

-Do not add bonuses for purchases — the person who invited the friend will not receive rewards.

-Percentage from each purchase bonus — for every bonus accrual received by the referral, the person who invited them receives a percentage.

Example:
The referral spent €100 and received 10 bonus points.
If the field “Percentage from friends’ bonus points (%)” is set to 10, then the inviter receives 1 bonus point (i.e. 10% of the referral’s 10 bonus points).

-One-time bonus — the reward for bringing a friend is credited once. When the referred client reaches purchases totaling X amount, the inviter receives Z bonus points.

-Combined — first the one-time bonus is applied, and then a percentage from each purchase.

Option Fields Depending on Altegio Connection

1) If Altegio is NOT connected — the Redemption Restriction field is available.
You can set percentage and bonus limits for how many points can be redeemed in a single purchase.

2) If Altegio is connected — the Accrual Rules field becomes available.
Here you can specify whether bonus points should be accrued if the client redeemed points for the visit, or not.
